I have released a very important update that resolves issues with machines that are not capable of downloading files with spaces. I have also renamed all Seven Update and SDK files so they do not use spaces.

If you have installed Seven Update before 1/6/09, Seven Update will prompt you to update, it will download a helper that will uninstall Seven Update, delete user/machine settings for it, and re-install using the latest installer. This will bring all existing users to the current installer revision and make sure everything goes smoothly. After it as re-installed Seven Update (and the SDK if it’s also installed), it will launch it to check for updates. Once that happens you are updated.

If for some reason Seven Update cannot update itself, i do apologize, i have taken every step i can to ensure those will older versions that haven’t updated in a while will still be able to update without hassle. However if you cannot update, simply uninstall your current version (From add/remove or programs and features), visit the download page and download the new installer and re-install seven update.
This should be the last time filenames or download locations change. If your running an old copy of Seven Update aka (version 09.12.28 or older, it maybe required that you uninstall and re-install).
